🐣 Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with the CEO to design innovative products for the women's intimates market, specifically post-mastectomy product ranges
• Rapidly prototype new product designs using unconventional methods and materials
• Collaborate on trend research and apply findings to new and existing product lines
• Partner with the CEO to design and develop innovative products
• Work closely with vendor partners to ensure designs are executed correctly and production quality is maintained
• Maintain development and production calendar to guarantee on-time delivery

📒 Qualifications

• 3-5 years intimate apparel design experience (pocketed/mastectomy bras preferred)
• BS/BA required
• Ability to interface with factories and their sample teams to produce prototypes specific to concept projects
