We are looking for an enthusiastic Fashion Merchandising Intern. The ideal candidate has a love for fashion and visuals, a passion for women-centered topics, and a heart for service. The candidate should enjoy working one-on-one with company management and thrive in both small team and independently.

This is an internship that will give you a portfolio of work along with the experience of building something new and impactful. We are committed to supporting and developing your industry-based interests, both during this internship and as you start your career.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising and maintaining the boutique showroom to increase sales and foot traffic
• Working alongside management to style window displays and mannequins
• Creating a visual lookbook for the season; showcasing and outlining fashion trends, classical lingerie styling, and creating "ways-to-wear it" guides
• Organizing merchandise and understock for efficiency
• Work alongside management to create the atmosphere in the boutique through the use of all five senses
• Shadow and assist boutique manager ~3 days/week in-boutique
• On-site photoshoot assisting including, but not limited to, product pulls, model coordination, and garment care.
• Other assignments as needed in the business on a day to day basis.

• Demonstrate an enthusiasm for visual styling and knowledge of current fashion trends
• Excellent creative skills and attention to details
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
